Hi, I’m Gaby!

I fell in love with sourdough four years ago while searching for a healthier way to enjoy my favorite food: bread. What began as a creative hobby quickly became a calming, meaningful ritual in my life.

Sourdough has taught me patience, presence, and the joy of creating something with my hands. My hope is that you leave with new skills and a moment just for yourself...something to share with the people you love.
